
Chocolate banana bread

A chocolatey twist on the regular banana bread that's super easy to make and loads of room for adding/changing your own ingredients. Feel free to use plain flour instead of the GF spelt if you like.
Ingredients
250g Spelt Flour
100g Coconut Sugar
1 and a half tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Sodium Bicarbonate
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Allspice
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
3 ripe Bananas
60ml Almond Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
50g Walnuts
50g Dark Chocolate
Method
Pour all of the ingredients except the dark chocolate and walnuts into a food processor and blend until combined.
Break up the dark chocolate and chop the walnuts before adding them to the mixture.
Give it a mix!
Pour mixture into loaf tin (lined or greased) & bake for 60-65 mins until skewer comes out clean.
Leave to cool before slicing and serving (roughly 8 servings).
