Gingerbread Latte

This gingerbread latte is really easy to make recipe but tastes amazing. A really warm and soothing drink to finish your long day, helping you unwind and targets inflammation around the body.


  • 250ml Oat milk

  • 1 Teaspoon Recovery powder

  • 1 Tablespoon honey

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon


  1. Heat up the milk either in the microwave or on the hob until piping hot

  2. Add in 1 teaspoon of our Recovery powder

  3. Mix in a splash of hot oat milk and whisk until a paste forms

  4. Top up with the rest of the hot oat milk and stir well

  5. Add in your honey (to taste)

  6. (Optional) Sprinkle in some cinnamon to finish off
