
Gingerbread Latte
This gingerbread latte is really easy to make recipe but tastes amazing. A really warm and soothing drink to finish your long day, helping you unwind and targets inflammation around the body.
Ingredients
250ml Oat milk
1 Teaspoon Recovery powder
1 Tablespoon honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
Heat up the milk either in the microwave or on the hob until piping hot
Add in 1 teaspoon of our Recovery powder
Mix in a splash of hot oat milk and whisk until a paste forms
Top up with the rest of the hot oat milk and stir well
Add in your honey (to taste)
(Optional) Sprinkle in some cinnamon to finish off
