Mental Health Awareness Week

Forager Herbs is celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week! During the 10th - 16th May we will be donating 25% of profits to the Mental Health Foundation.

This year's theme is Nature and how connecting with the natural world can support good mental health. We are campaigning to raise awareness on how being outside can benefit your mental health. The more people that get involved, the more we raise awareness as well as an opportunity to win free tea!

How to take part

Share a photo of yourself outside in nature and we will be choosing the best 15 photos. The winners will receive a pouch of our new Anxiety tea blend, which launches next month!

  1. Get Outside Whether thats going on a gentle stroll, hiking or exercising outside.

  2. Take a photo Take a photo of yourself showing how you spend your time outdoors.

  3. Upload & Share Share your experience and raise awareness of how nature benefits your mental health.
