Mulled Wine Recipe

We have come up with a delicious and easy Mulled Wine recipe that you can easily make at home using our brand new Mulled Wine tea blend. Tag us on social @foragerhealth if you try it for yourself!


  • Red wine (No need for anything pricey! We reccomend a fruity Zinfandel, Merlot or Grenache)

  • Forager Health Mulled Wine tea bags

  • Natural sweetener (Honey or Maple Syrup)

  • Optional garnish (Cinnamon, Orange Slices, Star Anise)


  1. Gently heat the red wine and Mulled Wine tea bags in a pan until it almost reaches a simmer over medium heat. Be careful not to go above 75°C because the alcohol will begin to vaporize.

  2. Reduce heat to low, add in your sweetener of choice and let the wine simmer for at least 15 minutes or a maximum of 3 hours.

  3. Discard the tea bags and serve warm, topped with your favourite garnishes.
