2 Teaspoons Forager Cacao & Matcha
100g Egg whites
Blend together all of the pancake ingredients until there are no lumps and it is a smooth mixture.
Heat a small drizzle of oil in a frying pan.
Once hot, pour your mixture into the pan depending on the size you'd like your pancakes to be.
Leave for 30-40 seconds until golden brown underneath before flipping onto the other side with a spatula.
When you've made all of your pancakes, add your toppings and finish with a drizzle of honey.
Tip: The smaller the pancake, the easier it is to flip so its better to start small whilst you get the hang of it!
