Vegan energy protein balls


The perfect recipe for some clean homemade protein balls 🤤⁣ These look amazing and make you feel amazing. A real simple recipe that won't leave you feeling guilty after consuming!

What you’ll need

  • 100g gluten free oats ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⁣

  • 30g shredded coconut⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⁣

  • 150g Medjool dates (pitted)⁣

  • 1 Tablespoon of plant-based protein powder⁣ (Vanilla or chocolate works really well)

  • 1 Tablespoon of Forager Cacao & Matcha

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until you have a sticky mixture. If it’s too dry you can add a little plant-based milk, if it’s too sticky add more oats.

  2. Now roll up into balls (roughly 30g for each ball)⁣

  3. (Optional) Roll the balls in chia seeds and shredded coconut

  4. Set aside in the fridge for 1 hour and they’re ready! ⁣

  5. Store in a sealed container in the fridge
