The perfect recipe for some clean homemade protein balls 🤤 These look amazing and make you feel amazing. A real simple recipe that won't leave you feeling guilty after consuming!
What you’ll need
100g gluten free oats ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
30g shredded coconut⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
150g Medjool dates (pitted)
1 Tablespoon of plant-based protein powder (Vanilla or chocolate works really well)
1 Tablespoon of Forager Cacao & Matcha
Blend all ingredients until you have a sticky mixture. If it’s too dry you can add a little plant-based milk, if it’s too sticky add more oats.
Now roll up into balls (roughly 30g for each ball)
(Optional) Roll the balls in chia seeds and shredded coconut
Set aside in the fridge for 1 hour and they’re ready!
Store in a sealed container in the fridge
